There are a number of distinct resources in Lord of the Dragons.
Use energy to progress through quests. Advancing 1 'step' costs a fixed amount of Energy that varies with the level of the current questing zone. Energy regenerates at a rate of 1 energy / 30 seconds. The total energy available to your player increases with your characters level. Energy can be restored by waiting, using energy potions or elixers, and will be reset to maximum every time your character levels.
Your character's health is used when battling other players - this includes both attacking, and defending. It is not to be confused with your 'battle health' - a seperate meter that appears when battling warriors and bosses. Health regenerates at a rate of 1 health / 30 seconds. A character's maximum health is always 100, it does not increase with character level. Health can be restored by waiting, using health potions or elixers, and will be reset to maximum every time your character levels.
When battling other players, you will lose health each time you attack or defend. The amount of health lost is calculated through comparisons of your character and your oppenent's attack and defense skills.
Each time you attack another player, you will deal damage to their health. If you reduce their health to 0, you will have killed them, allowing you to loot them for collectable items and silver.
Stamina is used in battle to attack other players. Each attack consumes 1 stamina. Stamina regenerates at a rate of 1 stamina / 10 minutes. A character's maximum stamina is always 5, it does not increase with character level. Stamina can be restored by waiting, using stamina potions or elixers, and will be reset to maximum every time your character levels.
